Plain-English summary: UGG is a 100% free app with no accounts, no sign-in, no ads, and no in-app purchases. Your workouts, meals, and health information stay on your device — we never see them. The only data that leaves your device is the text (and optional meal photos) you send to the AI Coach, which we forward to Google Gemini to generate a response. We do not link this to your identity, sell it, or use it for advertising.
This Privacy Policy describes how Dobrin Chokoev ("we", "our", or "us"), the developer of Ultimate Gym Guide (the "App"), handles information when you use the App. By using the App, you agree to the practices described below.

When you use the AI Coach (the chat feature, suggested-question buttons, the AI photo-meal analyzer, or the safety-tip generator), the following data is sent over an encrypted HTTPS connection to our backend at ultimategymguide.replit.app:
This data is not linked to your identity. The App does not transmit your name, email, phone number, device identifier, IP-based account, or any persistent user ID. Requests are processed and discarded; we do not maintain a long-term database of user prompts. Standard short-lived server logs (which may contain the request body and an IP address) may be retained for up to 30 days for the sole purpose of diagnosing errors and preventing abuse, after which they are automatically deleted.

On-device data: deleted immediately when you tap Settings → Clear All Data or uninstall the App.
Server-side data: AI-prompt request bodies may live in short-lived diagnostic logs for up to 30 days and are then automatically purged. We do not maintain any persistent user-facing database for free-tier users.
UGG is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has used the App and you would like the matter reviewed, please contact us at the address below.
All network requests use HTTPS encryption in transit. On-device data benefits from iOS's standard application sandbox and Data Protection encryption when your device is locked. No system is perfectly secure; you use the App at your own risk.
Depending on your jurisdiction (including the EU/EEA under GDPR and California under CCPA/CPRA), you may have the right to access, correct, export, restrict, or delete personal data we hold about you, and to object to certain processing. Because UGG does not maintain user accounts and most data lives only on your device, exercising most of these rights simply means clearing the App's data on your device.
